PNC Asset Management

Greenboard uses the Morningstar ByAllAccounts network to connect to PNC. Please follow these instructions and provide the corresponding credentials to [email protected]:

Instructions

This service uses PNC Asset Management Group’s file extracts prepared for Morningstar ByAllAccounts to obtain Investment and Trust account data. Advisors/Firms must have an established relationship with PNC AMG.

  1. Please contact your PNC relationship manager to request your data be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.

    • The PNC relationship manager will submit the request to their Asset Management Group Extract team, copying the Advisor/Firm and [email protected]. The request should include the account(s) to be added and specify for the Extract team to create a new feed specific 6-character Advisor Code.

  2. Once completed, PNC will notify you and ByAllAccounts of its completion, and include the new feed specific Advisor Code (the code will be required to configure accounts at Morningstar ByAllAccounts).

  3. Please provide this information to [email protected] and we will complete the remaining setup steps.
