Greenboard – Inspira Financial Connection Instructions (Morningstar ByAllAccounts Feed)

Advisor Setup Instructions

  1. This service uses Inspira Financial's SFTP file extracts to obtain data. You must have a registered relationship with Inspira Financial.

  2. Please contact your Inspira Financial relationship manager to request that your daily data files be set up under a new SFTP ID connection on Inspira Financial's server.

  3. Inspira Financial will assign you with a new SFTP ID to access file extracts.

    • ByAllAccounts is not involved in the credential assignment, but you can mention you are working with ByAllAccounts.

  4. Once you receive your credentials from Inspira Financial, please send them to [email protected] and we will use these to access the feed via ByAllAccounts and direct it to your Greenboard account.
