Greenboard currently supports connection to Apex through our partnership with Morningstar. To establish the connection, please follow these steps:

Advisor Instructions

  1. Please contact your APEX Account Executive and request access to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts direct feed.

  2. You will need to specify data level access: Rep Level, Branch Level, or Correspondent Level.

    • Request the following files: EXT 765, EXT 869, EXT 871, EXT 870, EXT 872, EXT 901

    • Optional Files for Branch and Correspondent Levels: EXT 747 (Security Master), EXT 538 (Closed Accounts)

  3. Once completed, Apex will confirm the Rep/Branch/Correspondent ID to both yourself and Morningstar ByAllAccounts.

  4. You must notify your normal aggregation support channel when these steps have been completed and confirm who should be authorized to access the feed along with an email address for them to send the feed password to.

  5. ByAllAccounts will confirm data has been successfully added to the feed, authorize user access, and email the feed password to the address provided. The password is to be used along with the Rep/Branch/Correspondent ID (provided by Apex).

    1. Please note, the Rep/Branch/Correspondent ID and password typically come in two separate emails, but both will need to be provided to Greenboard to establish the feed.
