Greenboard – SEI Trust Connection Instructions (Morningstar ByAllAccounts Feed)

Step 1: Initiate Connection with SEI Trust

• Email your SEI Relationship Manager to request that your data be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.

• Once SEI processes the request, they will create a Request ID and notify both you and Morningstar.

Step 2: Request Feed Setup from Morningstar

Use the subject:
SEI Trust - SFTP Access - Feed Setup Request - Advisory Firm (Greenboard)

Include the following required fields in the email:

• Requesting Advisor: The first and last name of the advisor requesting the feed setup

• Requesting Advisor Email Address: The email address of the advisor requesting the setup 

• Advisory Firm: The firm the requesting advisor is associated with

• Technology Platform Provider: Greenboard

• Request ID / Rep Code: A unique identifier that allows ByAllAccounts to identify which accounts should be associated with a given user

• ByAllAccounts User Email Address: [email protected]

Step 3: Await Confirmation from Morningstar

• ByAllAccounts will confirm data has been successfully added to the feed, authorize user access, and email the feed password to the address provided. 

• Please share the Request ID and feed password with [email protected] and we can connect the feed
