Nationwide Financial (formerly Jefferson National)– FTP

This service uses Nationwide's FTP server to obtain annuity account information. Advisor/third parties must have a registered relationship with Nationwide. The feed is listed in our system as "Nationwide Financial (formerly Jefferson National) - FTP Access".

Step 1: Contact Your Nationwide Relationship Manager

Advisors/Firms should contact their Nationwide relationship manager and request that data be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.

Step 2: Nationwide Links Your Advisor/Firm ID

Nationwide will add the data linked to an Advisor or Firm ID and confirm completion.

Step 3: Notify Aggregation Support

After Nationwide confirms setup, notify your normal aggregation support channel with:

  • Your Advisor/Firm ID (issued by Nationwide)

  • The name(s) of the authorized user(s)

  • An email address where ByAllAccounts should send the feed password

Step 4: ByAllAccounts Confirms and Sends Credentials

ByAllAccounts will confirm that data has been added, authorize user access, and email the feed password to the address you provided.

  • Advisor/Firm ID (from Nationwide)

  • Feed password (from ByAllAccounts)

These two items are required to configure account aggregation in AccountView, which Greenboard will set up for you. Please email the credentials to [email protected].
