Advisor Instructions

  1. Please reach out to your Pontera (Formerly FeeX) Partner Engagement Manager (or [email protected]) and request that your data be added to the Morningstar SFTP feed.

    • Please should copy [email protected] on the email request.

    • Pontera will assist with completing a rider and platform training before initiating the feed.

  2. Once Pontera completes the request, they will confirm and provide a File ID to you and ByAllAccounts.

  3. Please provide the File ID to [email protected] and we will work with ByAllAccounts to aggregate the feed.
