Greenboard – Mainstar Trust Financial Connection Instructions (Morningstar ByAllAccounts Feed)

Advisor Instructions

  1. Please contact Mainstar Trust's Client Reporting team at [email protected] to request that your data to be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed. 

    • Maintstar Trust may require a 3rd Party Authorization form to be completed.

  2. Once setup is complete, Mainstar will provide an email confirmation to the you and ByAllAccounts with an Office Code.

  3. Please share the Office Code with [email protected] and we will use this to request the data feed via ByAllAcccounts. From there, we will direct your data feed into your Greenboard account.
