RBC Clearing & Custody (C&C) Accounts

Step 1: Please reach out to the RBC C&C Data Transmission Team at [email protected] to request setup of a Morningstar ByAllAccounts SFTP feed. Ask them to create a new Folder ID and specify the access level you need. Please cc [email protected] for visibility.

RBC C&C will create the data under a new Folder ID and send confirmation to you and ByAllAccounts.

Step 2: After you receive the Folder ID, send the details below to [email protected]:

• Requestor Name

• Requester Email

• Firm Name

• Folder ID

Step 3: We will use these details to initiate the feed setup, and the requester who's email you listed will receive a feed password. Please share that password with [email protected], and we will finalize the connection.
