Advisor Setup Instructions

  1. This service uses Vestmark's platform to obtain Stifel Nicolaus SMA and UMA data. Interested parties MUST have a relationship with Stifel Nicolaus and Vestmark in order to be able to use this feed.

  2. Advisors should contact [email protected] in order to get setup with a new FTP ID and Password for accessing Vestmark's FTP server, if they don't already have one.

  3. Vestmark will create the new FTP ID and Stifel sub-folder and assign the credential directly to the advisor.

  4. Once credentials are provided by Stifel, please provide these to [email protected] and we can get the feed connected.

Note: This process takes about a week.

Tip: As a best practice, we recommend sharing any credentials with the Greenboard team using an encrypted or secure method where possible.
