Greenboard uses the Morningstar ByAllAccounts network to connect to Janney. Please follow these instructions and provide the corresponding credentials to [email protected]:

Janney Montgomery Scott LLC. – Vestmark FTP

Advisor Setup Instructions

1. This service uses Vestmark's platform to obtain Janney Montgomery SMA and UMA data.

2. Please contact your Janney Client Services Manager and request to be set up with a new FTP ID for accessing data on the Vestmark's server.

3. Vestmark will create the new FTP ID and Janney sub-folder and assign the credential directly to you.

   • ByAllAccounts is not involved in the credential assignment.

4. Once credentials are provided by Janney, please provide these to [email protected] and we will finalize the setup.
