Onboarding Instructions

We use Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed to obtain custodial data for TD Ameritrade's. Users must have a registered relationship with TD Ameritrade to continue.

Step 1: You should contact TD Tech Support Services at (800) 431-3500 and request daily file extracts be setup for their Rep Code on TD’s SFTP server for Morningstar ByAllAccounts to retrieve.

• If more than one Rep Code is needed for centralized downloads, a Parent Code can be requested which includes all Reps.

Step 2: TD will provide a Release of Information (ROI) form which will need to be completed by you.

Step 3: You should notify your normal aggregation support channel once these steps have been completed and confirm who should be authorized to access the feed along with an email address for them to send the feed password to (in this case, this will be your contact information)

Step 4: You will receive a username/ID from ByAllAccounts, along with a password. These typically come in two separate emails. Please provide the credentials to [email protected].
