Step 1: Contact Your Nationwide Life Sales Representative
Advisors/Firms should contact their Nationwide Life Sales Rep and request that data be added to the Morningstar ByAllAccounts feed.
Step 2: Nationwide Establishes the Associate Firm ID
Nationwide will work directly with the Advisor/Firm to:
Link your data to an Associate Firm ID (required for Morningstar ByAllAccounts configuration).
Confirm setup is complete.
Copy Morningstar ByAllAccounts at [email protected] on the confirmation.
Step 3: Notify Aggregation Support
Once Nationwide has confirmed the data setup, notify your normal aggregation support channel. Provide the following details:
Your Associate Firm ID (issued by Nationwide).
The name(s) of the authorized user(s).
An email address where ByAllAccounts can send the feed password.
Step 4: ByAllAccounts Confirmation and Access
ByAllAccounts will:
Confirm that Nationwide data has been successfully added to the feed.
Authorize user access to the feed.
Email the feed password to the authorized address provided.
The feed password, together with the Associate Firm ID, will be required for setting up accounts for aggregation in AccountView. Please email these credentials to [email protected]
