Jefferies - Greenboard Connection Instructions (Via Morningstar FTP)

Step 1: This service uses a private connection to Jefferies FTP to get information for their accounts.

If you are a Jefferies FTP customer, contact your Dearborn representative for more information.
If you are a Jefferies employee, contact your internal technical resources for access details.

Step 2: Once credentials are provided by Jefferies, please send the username and password to [email protected]

Step 3: Greenboard will verify the credentials in Morningstar, and the feed should be available in your Greenboard account within 1-3 business days.

Tip: As a best practice, we recommend sharing any credentials with the Greenboard team using an encrypted or secure method where possible.
